A. If you are not logged in under your account then the site shows MSRP retail (MSRP).

A. No, if you are outside of Michigan it is not required (Yes, if in Michigan)

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We have over 4 million dollars of parts in stock at all times but between Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea Doo, Skidoo, Arctic Cat and Can Am 4 million is just the tip of the iceberg. If we have your part(s) in stock, they will ship out the next business day. If not, they will be ordered in from the factory warehouses. In this case, most parts will ship out to you from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. In all, the average parts order takes 4-7 business days from the day you order online until the day you receive the parts at your door.

A. No we do not offer drop shipping due to manufacturers changes in policy.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?

A. Yes, we ship to Canada everyday and our site automatically calculates the shipping. We have recently upgraded our shipping services to include shipping through USPS. ALL ORDERS NOW SHIP THROUGH USPS. This reduces the extra fees and duties associated with Canada shipments.

Q. Is there a buy-in or minimum order?

A. NO, there is not a buy-in or minimum order. Order as much or as little as you like but consolidating orders saves on shipping costs.

Q. What if I can’t find the part I am looking for?

Q. What if a part I ordered is on backorder?

A. If a part is backordered you will receive a notice by email when the other parts are shipped out with an ETA. If the ETA for the backordered part is within 5 business days of your original parts shipment, we will hold the entire shipment until the backordered part arrives. If the ETA for the backordered part ETA is more that 5 business days away, we will ship your original order and ship the backordered part separately when it arrives.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, returns are accepted on everything EXCEPT electrical parts. There is a restocking fee that will be taken out of the refund. Please call ahead to 269-385-1540 to get a return number.
